The estimated ‘Delivery Times’ are for UK orders. Europe and the Rest of the World will take between 5-7 Working Days once order has been posted.
If ordered goods are ready made and in stock, postage times maybe less then advised above.

If for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase(s) please tell us so that we can put it right. The goods must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the goods. In the original condition in which they were sent. The order value will be fully refunded, minus our postage costs. Buyer will have to cover return postage costs. If the goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition a charge of upto 50% purchase maybe applied. If the goods are returned due to non delivery/collection, we will re-post them if requested, at the buyers cost.
If a clock mechanism is defective, a replacement will be posted free of charge upon request. Replacement hands will be offered on the same basis. This must be requested within 1 month of the original transaction date. Replacements will still be offered after this time, but will incur a charge of;
